We call these long jilbabs, a-line jilbabs (MEANING, it starts out smaller at the top and flares out wider towards the bottom creating an effect like the letter A.
The a-line jilbab works well with all figures types and works especially well for concealing bottom heavy figures.
In addition, the a-line jilbab can be worn under other over/outergarments, especially open type abayas and worn with a jacket, vest or poncho.
This style of a-line jilbab has a round neckline with a button loop closure in the back, has long sleeves and inseam side pockets.

Care:
Most of my a-line jilbabs are made of peachskin because it is requires so little care, which is great for working women, those on the go, mothers, etc.
As for the drape and look of peachskin it is excellent. It has a smooth luxurious feel(hence the word peachskin), it falls/drapes well, not a "boxy" feel or look.
As we travel often, I just pack my peachskin a-line jilbabs and once I reach my destination I hang them up and they are go to go without ironing. By the way peachskin can be washed and also dry cleaned.
I wash my peachskin a-line jilbabs in the washer, cold water cycle delicate, and hang to dry. Personally, I do not like the feel of the peachskin from the dryer. I hardly ever have to iron. Only if they were left somewhere and got crushed, then I do a light ironing on a delicate cycle.
As for cleaning stains, like oil stains, there is a lanolin hand cleaner sometimes called, "Goop" which is sold in the auto parts stores. This lanolin hand cleaner is used by auto mechanics to take grease off their hands without water,is very inexpensive, takes out oil stains, like cooking grease from your peachskin clothing.
I have also used this lanolin hand cleaner to remove bubble gum(kids of course)which had been stuck on my(another type of polyester)jilbab. The lanolin hand cleaner works best before the garment is washed.
